Would you book two Cat. 9 for 5 adults ( all family ) , or would you get the family suite for the use of the verandah ? We are going next December and the cost difference was not very different. It is my husband, and 3 adult children along with myself. Just worried about it being a little tight!

Does the family suite only have one bathroom? If so, that would decide it for me. 5 adults, one bathroom..... that's tight.

I'm in the same situation and I thought about it for about 10 seconds and realized that we are better off with 2 cabins, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and door between those of us that snore and those of us that don't! Have a wonderful time!

A family deluxe(cat. 4) that sleeps 5 has 304 sq ft. in that space is included the verandah. Keep in mind that you would only get 1 pottie, 1 shower and 1 closet. The 2 cat. 9 making sure they are connecting would give you 428 sq ft. altogether plus 2 closets, 2 potties and 2 showers.

In August I am cruising with my DW, DD 12, Dmom, Dsis, Dniece(28), we are staying in two Cat 9 rooms. The extra bathrooms will come in handy for our group!!!

We have the same problem with Spirit but with a 10:15am flight we have no choice but to take the late one (6:30pm). I'm NOT going to spend 8 hours in the airport!! We are renting a car for the day and will go to the space center, a beach or just take a drive. With 3 people it ends up cheaper to rent the car then to use the transportation ..... and no sitting around for hours and hours.
