So DH is leaving for a while for work. My mother in law is planning on flying our way so she can see her grandkids. We live on different coasts. I mentioned to her I have an annual pass from hubby as a birthday gift and that I could take the kids.

I looked at dates, did research both on and off property. Found a great deal for a room only compared to what I was seeing other places.

Would you at least put the deposit down? Hubby saw what I was working on and while I know he is a little hurt I also know I have a small budget to work on since we will have a bigger trip when he returns home. Mother in law has not made up her mind on weather she is coming east or this trip. So like I just asked would you still put a deposit down just to be able to have that room. Its a room only which means I have a week before the trip to cancel if need be and get my money back.

Update: So we booked the trip. We won't get tickets or start fast passes which some say is silly...but the type of ticket I get will end on the 20th and if we don't make it I don't want to be out of money. But glad we have something on the books.

If it's a possibility to go, I'd pay the deposit as you can always cancel for a full refund. Availability can/does change, so what you want might not be available later.

That is what I have been thinking. I have it on hold right now since I had talked to them over the phone.

If you even think you want to do this trip, please book it now. Room availability can disappear when you least expect it. Just make a note to yourself to cancel in time for a full refund if you decide not to go. :earsboy:

We are booked for a trip this Dec. Hopefully everything will pan out the way it looks.....
