Would you purchase a DVC from an EBAY auction?

I'm a huge fan on eBay and buy everything on there including the 3 cars sitting in my driveway. I've bought and sold dvc via ebay, and sold as a private seller (I have also bought multiple Wyndham). As long as you know how the process works you will protect yourself against fraud or a scam. When buying dvc, there is no risk if you use a reputable title company that has experience in DVC. I use one of the top title companies in Orlando used by major brokers. All money is held in escrow so I don't touch of it and the buyer knows their deposit, as well as their final payment, is safe and secure. I prefer to sell my contracts on my own so the brokers commission I am passing along as savings to the buyer.

I have seen several auctions over the years that I have been interested in but always was skeptical because EBAY provides no protection on the purchase. Would you ever purchase from EBAY and if so what can you do to protect yourself? Paying with Paypal or a cc is not an option.
I would, I have a number of timeshares over the years. You want to do your research including the specifics of the contract and the seller and make sure you're getting enough of an extra value (or difficult to get contract) to make it worthwhile.
