Steven has just recieved his second kidney transplant at Cedars Sinal Medical Center in CA. His mother donated one of her kidneys to him! This is a very difficult and scary time for him. Today is my 14month post Pancreas Alone Transplant. Being a reciepant myself I know first hand. I have continued to follow his ordeal along with George Lopez. These are two remarkable men that have so much to offer to everyone waiting for an organ!

I have been able to write to Steven through my Social Worker from my own Transplant Team and OP! Oragn Procurement Center. I pray that all works out very well for Steven and his family. He has a hard road ahead of him. He has a great upbeat personality and so much to give back to help educate people about organ donations and also for those of us that have been through it!

I do plan on keeping all of you update as to when i do hear from Steven aka as CoJo!

Steven: May The Peace of The Lord Be with You and Your Family during this time!

2 very good friends of mine have both had kidney transplants and are doing very well and have been for 10 plus years now. one was a GF that I went out with for many years and her mom donated her kidney to her.
