Would you pay for Itinerary Planning Services?

Would you pay for itinerary planning services!

  • Absolutely! Worth every penny!

  • Depends on how much the cost it.

  • Depends on what company would offer it. I am very loyal to my TA.

  • Absolutely not.

I had such a huge response to my free itinerary planning thread that it has the gears in my head turning. Just for my future reference...

Amanda

* Please note that I am not asking anyone to pay for any services! Anyone who originally responded to my post will still recieve my itineraries!!!

I think so. I originally (and niavely thought) that TAs would do that too. My trip is the first one for my family of two older teens and DH and self and I'm feeling overwhelmed by it all. It would be great to tell someone your interests, your pace, and have them plan things for you. Right now I think I have a workable itinerary but....being a total WDW virgin I don't know.
Anyway, this is the United States! We pay people to plan weddings, plan other events, why not Disney Vacations!

I have no clue if I would pay for it. This will be our first trip and we are winging it. We're getting just a couple of PS for things we just have to try. This trip I just want to go and experience the whole thing. Im sure when we get back we will kick ourselves for not having an itererary, but thats what the next trip will be for :)

Nope, not me....But I think planning is half the fun! And, there is so much information here on the DIS, I just don't feel the need. I do buy tour books though...I love reading them! :flower:

calling.

I agree that planning the trip is part of the fun. How would you know my likes or dislikes? In addition, I cannot count the number of times I have changed my travel dates, PS arrangements, and hotel choice.

First All-Stars then Pop Century. Oooh, BDP code was released now I can afford a the Poly. No....tha's no good either. What's this a new plan...Magic My Way.......Okay lets just changed it to AP resevation until the new plan comes out (just in case)....January 1...Can I book the MYW plan. Dates set tickets purchased. Lets make some changes.

I made a Mears resevation, cancelled the Mears reservations, book a FL Tours reservation, cancelled a FL Tours, rebooked Mears, rebooked FL Tours, and ....finally, cancelled Mears ....the winner is FL Tours.

Don't even get me started on Priority Seating... I made 9 PS arrangements prior to May park hours being released. While waiting for May hours, I changed reservations so many times I lost count. May hours were released yesterday and I called and changed 2 reservations so I could watch the parades.

How are you going to deal with crazy people like myself who cannot make up there mind on the itinerary. You would have to charge per item changed or something. Everyone on this board has "Overplannicitis" (pronounced OVER-PLAN-NE-CI-TIS) disease.

Good luck if you take on that challenge!

I would not pay for someone to plan my Itinerary. I like to plan my vacations & the stuff I do on vacation myself.
