Would you go see the same band twice in the same week?

If I really liked the band, yes I would go twice in the same week.

We don't go to many band concerts, but we've been to the same show at a theater more than once in a week, and the same variety show (different show times, so really different shows) twice in two days

Yes! I have seen the same band two nights in a row in two different states.

It just occurred to me I once saw Charlie Daniels Band twice in one day - afternoon & then evening show at our local fair in the late 80's. Same songs in the same order, but one of the original Lynyrd Skynyrd band members was a surprise guest in the 2nd show (this before they reunited).

Yup, I've done that twice. I say, if you can afford it, go for it! In my case, it was my absolute favourite band who I've loved since I was 11 (I'm almost 32) so when the opportunity presented itself, it was a no brainer. Plus, the set lists are never identical. Even if they were, I'd still do it.

Unnecessary update:

I went to the concert last night and it was AMAZING! It was even better than Monday..they played one of my favorite albums all the way through & I had never heard any of the songs live before!! One of the best nights ever.

SO GLAD YOU ALL ENCOURAGED ME TO DO IT! Now it's just biding my time until their next tour.....
