Would you choose CBR or POR?

I'm driving my family crazy trying to decide which resort to stay in for our June trip. We stayed in POR back when it was Dixie Landings and we really liked it, but I've read a few threads that commented on the rooms looking warn and the bathrooms smelling a little moldy.
I've also read about people really liking CBR, especially since it's been rehabed.
Can you share your preferences with me?

You have pros and cons for every resort, so am sure you will get a whole host of comments. I've stayed at both many times, but always prefer Dixie Landing. Mostly they are the same, but do not like the layout of CBR and don't like that guest relations/guest services are so far away from the main building. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with a newly remodeled food court and restraurant.

Love everything about Dixie Landing and can't say anything bad about them. Most folks love the boat to DTD, and love that the layout is in a circle unlike CBR which is a straight line--(OK, been to Trinadad North and it was the longest walk ever--equal to the walk between Riverside and French Quarters). If you want to try something different go with CBR. I usually prefer now to stay with Dixie Landing, because I've already did my experimenting and know what I like.
