Would You Buy GF DVC If You Already Owned at BLT?

Probably. But as someone else mentioned, it will depend on the cost, dues, etc. I would actually consider selling my BLT contract to buy at GF -- but again, it depends on the cost, etc.

I would love to sell our SSR points and consolidate points on the monorail but doubt there is much of a market since it is still available from DVC.

I think we have too many points now and we are thinking of selling about 25% of our points (not our BLT, of course ) to cut down on the overhead (dues). Since DS has gone off to college, DH and I find we don't really need the larger accomodations and don't need as many points. So, I am not in the mood to add on today. (That is always subject to a change of heart. )

I own at VWL and I love the resort. As an added bonus it is close to the MK with the boat ride. I have thought about adding on at BLT since it is even closer to our favorite park, the MK. I would rather buy in at the GF instead of BLT. The theme is more my taste, but that is the great thing about DVC... choices!
