Hey all!
I am going down to Disneyland for Hallowe’en this October (12-16), and I was hoping I could get some input! I am a WDW veteran, but have only been to DLR once- and my friend is a Disney newbie. I’m hoping my plan looksl ike it will work out: which is literally the bare bones of how to space it all out over five days.
Wednesday- Flight lands at 11:00am; do Hollywood (Walk of Fame only), reach Anaheim/HoJo between 8:00-9:00pm.
Thursday- Disneyland. I haven’t made a concrete plan of exactly what we are doing, in what order. We'll be trying to cover most of the must-do rides, and some character greets.
Friday- Sleep in, go for a swim, do Downtown Disney in the morning. At 4:00, make use of the early entry for the Hallowe’en Party. Then… party
Saturday- California Adventure. Again, no concrete plans except hoping to do rope drop to hit LM, TSMM, etc. And we will be ending with WoC.
Sunday- Make use of the Hopper, switch between the two parks hitting whatever we missed and whatever we want to do again. Leave around 4:00, take the Magical Express back to the airport to catch our 9:00pm flight
*The morning/afternoon I have planned for the Sunday, could easily be done on the Friday morning; I was just worried doing a full day, and full Hallowe’en party will drain us. Any thoughts? I know it’s not very detailed at this point, but I’ll welcome any suggestions or tips!
On the days that I reserved for “Disneyland” and “California Adventure,” I am totally up for park hopping, because I remember from my last trip that it was easier to hop than to stick to one park. I know I couldn't get more vauge if I tried, I just wanted to make sure that the way I spaced out actually makes sense.
Thanks for reading!
