I had a reservation for 3 nights in September. Last night, I noticed Labor Day weekend opened up so I cancelled my initial reservation. Long story short, I wasn't aware of the website issues and after three hours of attempting to complete the reservation, it still would not allow me to complete the request. The nights were still available when I gave up at 12:30 last night but of course are not available now this morning. I was however able book two of the three nights in a studio and set up a waitlist for the last night. There is a one bedroom available for that last night but I only have 19 points available (have already bought my allotment for this year too). Is it worth asking for a supervisor/escalating this? Do you think they can pixie dust the extra points to me or make another night in a night in a studio available?
My issue is we have an October use year so now in addition to worrying about disappointing my son, I am worried about losing my points.
