Would this be frowned upon or look tacky?

So do most people not tip on poolside food/drink orders? I took the 18% service charge as a charge for the restaurant, not a gratuity for the waitstaff. If so, our waitress got a nice big tip.

Your waitress got a nice big tip. Over the years we have been told the tip is added in @ 18%. Sometimes we add a little more to round it to 25% if service is exceptional.

The restaurant charges what they charge there is no service charge that's the tip.

When we stay on Club Level, we bring snacks and drinks down to the pool from the lounge. We've paid RPR for them. Are they considered 'outside' food?

Yes they are only for consumption in the hotel not the pool, although people do take them down, I asked a server theis question when there, he was ok with it, but said some servers complain,DD usually fills her Universal mug with drink and ice

We would usually rent a cabana which came with a cooler full of drinks.... We always ordered lunch but did use the cooler drinks and would potentially bring drinks down to refill the fridge.... what is the fridge for if not to keep drinks cold? JUST the 6 or so they give you?

I usually only drink tap water anyway..... but I'm honestly super surprised they don't want you bringing drinks from club lounge down.
