Would this be an ok strategy for PPO MK?

We have an 8:30 PPO BOG ADR and I'm planning on getting us there at 7:45 to check in and be in the first wave to go in and get pictures with a less busy Main Street. We will just be getting coffee with our ADR and then hoping to hit some attractions with a time advantage. It is me, DH, DS 11 & DS 9 months. At park opening, what if we did:
Peter Pan
Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain (Rider Swap)
And maybe Big Thunder Mtn (rider swap)

Then we will try to get FP for SDMT later in the day.

Considering the time frame, is it pushing it to expect minimal waits at SM and BTMR? Would we be better off getting a FP for BTMR for later in the day? This is for a 4 out of 10 party night on Easywdw. We have never done a PPO ADR so not sure how it usually goes. Any suggestions welcome!

Just know that the park can open at 8:30. But your rides seem reasonable. As long as you can beat the rope drop crown by getting done at BOG, then you'll get Peter Pan with minimal wait. Splash, big thunder, and haunted mansion usually have very short waits the first hour.

Edit: wait, when are you going? Is MK not opening until 9am? If it's opening earlier than 9 I would cancel the ADR

Thanks for your reply! This is for December 15th... If park hours change to 8 then I'll definitely drop it. The draws for us were more seeing MK less crowded and trying to get a head start on rides. Good to know that it can open some times at 8:30... We have a lunch ADR at BOG and have been before. Again thanks for the feedback!

There's also the Early Morning Magic to worry about. They get in at 7:45am. They are currently holding people at BOG until the gates open. You can still get a jump but probably for only one ride, not multiple.
