I did something similar to this for my dd's baptism. I just used word and it turned out great.

I have googled images and cannot find anything like it.

I actually got them all in Word.....it must be saved on my other computer, since I can't find a copy on my laptop.

Sorry Dolly I haven't been on the computer since then.
Yes, I was able to make an invite that turned out pretty cute.

The Minnie Party turned out ADORABLE!!!
I need to go through all my pics and post some of my favorites!!

Even though dismommy2 didn't need one...I went ahead and made something similar and put it in my 4shared file in the blank invitations...just in case someone else can use something like it in the future for a baptism or confirmation.
