Would like to plan something special

I am curious - I didn't get married in Disney but did go there for my honeymoon. We will travel with our children next year for our 20th wedding anniversary. Are there any options for someone like us to do something special? I would love to surprise my husband with something and get the kids involved. Can someone point me in the right direction?

If you want to do an official Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings vow renewal, those start at $2,495, and you can find info HERE. You may be able to find slightly cheaper packages at the Swan & Dolphin and Shades of Green (if you have a government or military sponsor).

If you're thinking about doing a small private event, like a dessert party during Wishes or IllumiNations, I have info about booking those here: http://disneytravelbabble.com/how-to/private-party/

Or if you were thinking more along the lines of having a cake delivered to your room or a meal, I have info on that here: http://disneytravelbabble.com/how-to/order-cake/

Congratulations on 20 years of marriage! :goodvibes

I just booked a wishes cruise on the grand 1 to surprise my husband with for our anniversary in January! I feel like I still have a lot to plan as I literally only booked the boat itself thus far. Eek! There's a lot of fun things to choose from, good luck!

We are heading down to Disney in November for our 5 Year Anniversary and have also booked a Wishes Cruise. There will be 10 of us eating at 'Ohana and then we will walk down to the beach, I am just going to tell everyone it is to watch Wishes from the beach, and the boat will be there for us to take the Wishes Cruise. I booked the regular Pontoon Boat though - it is a little less expensive then the Grand One, which I would also love to do. The pontoon boat holds 10 people - so depending on your family size - that is a possibility also.

I'm hoping the time works out with our dinner as no one will know about the cruise - not even my DH.

Thanks so much for your well wishes.

Thats the problem with these boards, we find out about so many extra things to spend our money on.

We had wanted to do a Wishes cruise the evening before our wedding but Wishes was not until 10:00pm that night and we had a 9:00am Epcot wedding and my hair person was coming at 5:00am. I thought this would be great for our anniversary.
