Would I like the Ipod Touch?

I was talking to my DH tonight about how great it would be to watch some tv shows while I'm on the treadmill at the gym. Even tho my gym has several tv's in front of me that I can plug in my headphones, you still have to watch the commercials and it would be nice to just turn on your own favorites.

But, I probably wouldn't use the music function or maybe I would, not sure. If I get in my car, I listen to talk shows. I went to the Apple website and checked it all out, and I got totally stressed out. I'm SO not a techie and it looks pretty complicated to figure it all out.

I don't know, would it be fun to have at the gym? Oh, we have Tivo and could download a bunch of shows for me, and movies.

So what do you think?

Go to the Apple store and play with one. Lots of employees who will help you with it. Very easy to use once you've played around for a bit. I got dh one for his 40th birthday and he is in love with it. He loves being able to check his email, weather...he also has been using the calendar function which syncs with your mac's calendar.

okay, thanks. Yes, we have an Apple store pretty close by, so I'll have to check it out.

Does anyone know what Costco sells the 8G one for? They don't advertise it on their website.
