I am going in November with my mother and son.

I have all my ADR's made in my name for my mom, my son and myself but there is one particular night that I have a dining ressie in france for myself, my son and his friend who will be joining us for the evening. My mom has a dining ressie in Italy for herself and her two florida friends who are meeting her for that same evening under her name but using the same resort reservation number.

After reading some threads, my fear is that Disney might pick up on the fact that we have two dining reservations under different names but using the same resort reservation and will think that we have double booked (when we obviously have not) and cancel our reservations. Can this happen or am I worried for nothing? :scared1: Should I let them know if I call the dining line???

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to know this, too.

One night, my mom and I are going to Akershus while DH and DF go to Biergarten.

The ADRs are within 30 minutes of each other, made under the same resort number. But, when I booked online, it said to please cancel if they were for the same party. They're not for the same party, so I left it as is.

I'd like to hear what others say about this, too.

If you call, a CM might tell you something else, but I just called and the CM told me that yes, it could be a potential issue and cause both to be cancelled.

I had to re-book one of the dinners under my parent's reservation number, and lost the time I had originally. The new one is only 15 minutes later, though. So, not too terribly bad.

Now I am worried! What if you book 1 restaurant with 2 times that are very close together with 2 DIFFERENT resort reservation numbers?
I plan on doing this in the am so I can try to book my party of 11 on line - going to book with each resort reservation. I have tried a practice and it has let me do it no problem - just with that same warning. I even went all the way and booked it for a day I am not there then cancelled. All was fine.
Should I be worried - should I book and then call a CM at 7am to try to combine into 1 ressie?????

If you book with 2 different resort numbers, you should be fine. Originally I had booked the two dinners under one (my) resort number, even though we had two numbers. I just called and had one of them put under the other resort reservation number, and she told me we would be fine now. Although, I just realized that one of them..Akershus.. (which is where DM and I will be eating) is under my mom's name, which is fine. But, the other one..Biergarten..is still under my name because my name is the primary on the room. Ugh. I guess I'll just go with DF and DH to make sure they get checked in on time. It's becoming a big hassle! People that double book really hurt those of us that are NOT double booking for the same people but have plans for two seperate meals that night.
