I have a Casio Exilim 4.0 and a friend of mine dropped it on a concrete floor while trying to take a picture of himself.
The camera will not turn on and the zoom will not retract.
The camera is 2 years old but still worked great before this happened. Is there anywhere I can take or send the camera to get a price quote on how much to fix it? What should be my break even point? A new Exilim is only $249 so how much should I be willing to pay to get my old one fixed?
If the camera is unfixable is it worth selling as is on ebay for parts?
Thanks!

Sad thing is that was the same day that he used my laptop to "check emails"... I ended up having to buy a new laptop too because not even the Geek Squad could get the viruses and trojans off the computer after he visited several questionable sites.
