Worst thing you ever found in a "clean" room

i just got back from the WL last weekend-we stayed for 5 days and i will say that everyday our room was spotless after mousekeeping came in. my son is 2 and dropped grapes all over. my mom has a cleaning business and every morning she would note just where the grapes were & if they were picked up when we got back-the hardest ones to get were behind the table in the room, and they were gone. so i guess it just depends on who you get& how well they do

I can't imagine intentionally leaving food on the floor to test housekeeping, not when the room is spotless to begin with!

We pick up anything we would pick up at home and put away our clothing and such so that housekeeping can get their job done. I put all dirty towels in the tub and I wipe up any spilled toothpaste, food crumbs and drink spills. From housekeeping I expect clean towels, linens, vacuuming, dusting, toiletries, and a clean bathroom... the aren't my "personal" maids, I don't expect them to pick up my grapes!
