Worst fashion trends

Oooh and Keds. I loved Keds. Though I don't regret that one. I don't think that qualifies as a worst fashion trend but it was a fashion trend none the less.

Did anybody else see the trend of dying your hair with koolaid? This would have been in the mid 90's. I would come to school and see kids with hair in strange shades of red, blue, and pink with roots that were about 4 inches long because they couldn't soak the top of their heads in koolaid. :lmao::lmao::lmao:. Thinking about it now I suppose they could have managed it but either couldn't figure out how or were just not motivated enough to stand with their heads upside down in a bowl of koolaid for twenty minutes.

In High School in late 70,s , all the men were getting perms

bonus point

Then we have the mother of all "What were we thinking?" fashion crime...Stirrup Pants! I even had dressy stirrup pants that I wore with blouses and blazers to work. :confused3

OMG I wore stirrup pants! I even had a stirrup jumper that I wore, along with my permed super thick hair. And when I didn't have the perm, I had multiple scrunchies in my hair :rotfl2:

My hair was too curly to crimp  Yeah I'm still bitter. :lmao: I loved my skirtpants! Man those suckers were awesome! I was a gymnast so I was constantly doing handstands and back handsprings. Loved wearing them. Easy to move in and didn't flash anything. I was so proud of myself when I was working and I got my first pair of ADIDAS. I got a few pairs just cause I could. Loved those shoes!

Oh, I'm so guilty of most of the 80s/90s fashions that have been mentioned. But one that has not (and it was a attrocious) and I was guilty of it, the "Bubble Suit". Anyone else guilty of wearing the "Bubble Suit"?

The trick is too mix the powder in a few spoonfuls of conditioner. Then use the paste and work it in everywhere.

Ah I see lol. I don't think anyone I went to school with did that. Apparently the 3 inches of normal colored hair on top was the thing. Oh god it looked awful.
