Worst Disney Movie?

I love Cars and I am not a 7 year old boy!! And Meet The Robinsons (I almost cry at the end when they play Little Wonders!)

My worst is Space Buddies, ugh. My DS was really into it for awhile.

A few to consider:
. . .
George of the Jungle

Are you kidding? It has a half-naked Brendan Fraser in it. I beg my kids to watch that one!!!;)

If Pulp Fiction counts as Disney, count me in as that is one of my favorite movies!!

Dumbo...I know it's a classic, but it really just depresses me!
GASP about Atlantis-- I absolutely LOVE that movie, still.

Pocahontas just becuase of the Skillet to the head PC crap...

I can't belive no one said Dumbo yet! IMO that was one of the worst movies ever made! And it was made for children! I havn't seen it in over 20 years, maybe even 25, but the scene with the mom rocking dumbo through the bars has haunted me ever since!
I agree 100%!!! Many of the other movies that have been mentioned were bad, IMO but Dumbo was the worst for me. :scared:

I agree I have been scarred for life by Dumbo, but luckily I was so young when I saw it, I don't remember much, but I am told when I saw it I screamed and cried so loud that my parents thought I had somehow caught on fire.

However, the electroshock therapy scene and the wheelies still give me the heebie jeebies. My mother was horrified and we only stayed to watch because she wanted me to have a happy(ish) ending to remember instead of leaving at the worst part.

For me, nothing even touches Ice Princess. I mean, what's the message in that movie? You can become a world-class athlete in a few months, and blowing off college is a great option.

we love Ice Princess but more for the ice skating then the blowing off college thing:thumbsup2

and blowing off college is a great option
Kinda OT, but I think you missed the point. The point was Ice Skating made her happy. I'm financially sound, but I was pushed into what I do for a living, I essentially had no real choice, and I DESPISE what I do for a living. If I could REALLY enjoy a different profession and still make a living would I? Now that is a question I have been asking for years, and I'm just waiting for the right set of circumstances to answer it.:thumbsup2
Besides, given the choice between Olympic skater and college, only a fool would choose the college. Sorry. There's no comparison. But yeah, the movie was a bit unrealistic.

Haunted Mansion was one of my favorites. "Evers and Evers" "Dad, i see dead people". "Mom, Leota won't stop talking" besides, it has some of the best home theater effects of any Disney movie ever created. I used to recommend it to my customers back when I installed home theaters.

back to topic:
The Hunchback of Notredame was a bit of a disappointment.

I'm terrified of Snow White. I've never seen the whole movie and the only time I ever road the WDW ride, I cried the whole time. I have no idea WHY it scares me, but I think its terrifying.

I also dislike Dumbo and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. They're both really sad, and both have some really haunting images.

I just remembered: "I'll Be Home for Christmas," starring Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Avoid this one like the plague. It's horrible!

I think the most boring Disney movie (not saying it's bad or anything) is Aladdin. It just doesn't seem that exciting to me.

I do like Home on the Range and Chicken Little since I have an attention span of a 3 year old. :lmao:

Oh come on - I LOVE LOVE Aladdin :lovestruc

Also, How can anyone say Princesse and the frog ?? That movie is GREAT:love:

Pearl Harbor.

I have never heard of Disney releasing a movie called Pearl Harbor. That was Touchstone. ;)

Popeye was Touchstone I believe... we could fill a whole other thread with bad movies from Touchstone.

 But The Rocketeer? How can anyone say The Rocketeer was bad??? It's hardly cinematic art, but as far as early 1990s popcorn movies go, it's great! Dick Tracy was worse by a mile... surprised nobody's mentioned it yet.
Popeye was a Paramount pic that was co-produced with Disney. But I believe Paramount has the distribution rights. Dick Tracy also wasn't under the Disney name. It's another Touchstone pic.

Unless there was a sale in the last few minutes Touchstone, along with Walt Disney Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, ImageMovers Digital, and Marvel Studios is part of the Walt Disney Motion Pictures group.

Any Miramax movie released from 1993-2005 is also a Disney Movie.

Of course they're owned by Disney. But usually, each studio is run separate from the parent company. I don't count anything released through those companies as technically Disiney. If it's released under the Disney name, then it's Disney.

Most Disney movies I love or at least enjoy. But for me the stupidest was Gordy and the most boring is tied between The Incredible Journey (63) and The Straight Story.

I liked the story of Cars, but I can only take watching it every great once in a while. The heavy southern/country accents grate on my nerves. (no offense to anyone here who might have one)

Valiant. The eyes on those pigeons were creepy.

Hercules. I have yet to stay awake for the whole movie, even at home, 20 minutes into the movie and I'm dozing. And I love Greek mythology.

Least liked Pixar movie is The Incredibles. It's okay, but I rather watch another Pixar anytime.

Treasure Planet, Home on the Range...
Treasure planet is one of my favorite movies! :goodvibes I especially liked the song "I'm still here." In fact, I think I'll go listen to it right now!:thumbsup2

I didn't like Hunchback of Notre Dame very much. Even when I was a kid when it came out.
I remember when this came out, I didn't like it either. It was too dark. The Hell fire scene really freaked me out!:rotfl: Now though, I love that movie. :lovestruc

Worst movie in the whole entire Disney catalog, is Return to OZ.
I, like several other posters, had no idea that was a Disney movie :scared:

Of those I've tried to watch, I've never made it through Oliver & Company.

I'm not too big on Hercules. The kids love it though.
