Worried about my booking!

We have booked through Kenwood Travel and are flying with US Airways next month, I just spoke to the airline as I had a query and they said that they have no booking under our name Kenwood is now closed so I can't ask them about it until tomorrow and I'm really worried!!

Does anyone have any idea why this could be? We paid in October so I don't see why they wouldn't have a record of our flights. Help!!

Sorry, i can't give you any help at all, but i didn't want to read and run.

I'm sure everything will be fine. Don't stress yourself out. Have a nice glass of wine and some chocolate, then phone your travel agent in the morning and get everything sorted xx

Please don't panic. It's quite normal for some tour operators to book blocks of seats under one passengers name in order to get a better fare for their clients. They then are required to provide the airline with all the booked passengers names and passport details a few weeks before travel, so I bet this is what's happened in you case.

We used Kenwood 4 years ago for a trip to Jamaica.

Great company to deal with.

Like a pp said they'll have a block booking of seats & will only allocate 8-10 weeks before departure.

I spoke to Kenwood this morning and they confirmed that the seats are group booked, its four weeks today that we fly so they said the tickets should be printed this week

One thing I dislike about using agents Jen, I like to be able to log into an airlines website to see my booking, choose seats, do API etc right from booking, not be tied to an agents system.
