No it's not. That was actually what I was expecting but it's not it. There is a small description of it with a few pictures of when they found it. It was actually discovered by - I want to say a fireman but it could be any of the workers digging at Ground Zero. It was buried in the rubble.
The flag that was raised at Ground Zero was a donated flag, I believe. That flag and the picture of the firefighters raising it is NOT at Epcit.
