World Showcase - Early Opening?

Just trying to get my strategy together for our Epcot day... I realize that World Showcase doesn't officially open until 11 am, but I've heard that some of the pavilions are operational before that. Is that true, and can anyone inform me of what is for sure operational and at what time?

All I know about World Showcase pavilions open earlier than 11am is:

Norway -- the Akershus restaurant is open for character breakfast
France -- the Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is open at 9am for breakfast and bakery items.​

That's it as far as I know.

I have never heard of any of the other pavilions being open before 11:00. I always thought the promenade between France and Norway was roped off until then.

You can walk around Norway, France, Canada and UK, but the Merch shops won't be open. There are ropes that will keep you from walking to the other countries.

Just confirming Poohsie - Akershus & Boulangerie are available for breakfast.

Also open early are World Traveler,Galerie des Halles and part of Puffin's Roost.

The Merchandise Carts in United Kingdom and Canada will also open occasionally before 11:00 AM.

About 99/100ths of the shops and attractions will not be open before 11. Akershus and Les Halles are open for breakfast. Seating for Les Halles shares space with a shop which they won't keep closed when they could sell crap. I have never heard of any shops at all being open outside of Norway and France. There's a Joffrey's coffee kiosk that is open between Britain and Canada.

You can walk into France to access Les Halles, through Britain and Canada to access Future World, and on the other side through Mexico into Norway to access Akershus. That's it, ropes will stop you past France and Norway.

Yes,there is a Rope between Norway and China and a Rope between France and Morocco until 11:00 AM.
