World Showcase And The Olympics

For anyone who has been in World Showcase during an Olympics,is there an extra "buzz" or extra "excitement" there with all of the WS countries competing against each other in the Olympics?

Also,does Disney "relax" the "no TVs in the Parks" rule during the Olympics and allow TVs in WS for Guests to keep up with the Games?

I understand that during the World Cup,there was a TV in Epcot Guest Relations for Guests to keep up with the soccer matches,so I was wondering if at least ther United Kingdom pavilion would be allowed to have TVs since England is the Host Country.

I remember China selling stuff...and that I thought some of it was real cute.

Other than that, I have no WS Olymic memories.

I didn't know about the No TV rule. But tons of people bring smart phones and iPads into the parks. That might help an Olympic junkie stay up to date.
