Anyone try this yet? I think it is relatively new and the accommodations look quite spacious. We are considering it for a last minute April trip and I need to get something booked soon. Thanks in advance for your help.

We just came back from Orlando. We had friends that stayed at WorldQuest. They said it was great and that a continental breakfast was available. The only negative thing was that there is construction still going on and the workers started every morning at 7am! If you are a early riser - no problem! Just something to keep in mind.

Thanks, Ruby. Did you get a chance to take a peak? Was it nice?

We are staying at WorldQuest in July. Be sure to check out the AAA rates for your stay.

Thanks CalgaryGary. I did find a much better rate thru AAA, although it is still higher than some of the rates I've seen for other times of the year. I actually got the idea of this resort from you--saw it in one of your posts. I think we will give it a go for our April trip and then I'll let you know how it worked out.

I didn't see it personally, but my friends really liked it. They said it was very nice!

I booked an AAA rate on travelocity for 219 per nite for mid-April. This is for a 3 bedroom/3 bath.

Hope you have a great stay and as the tag says, take lots of pictures!

It may depend on when you are going and if you need 2 bdrm or 3. I have a 3 bedroom reserved from July 8 - 15 for 159/night and the 2 bdrm was only 119. I think that there are still some very reasonable rates out there.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom at Christmas time. It was nice, only problem was the AC control was set to something weird and it kept getting hot in the place so we all kept turning it down.

Also, the third bedrom is really a den, in my opinion, and had no Air flow! It is right next to the front door and kitchen.

Check the World Quest website for the best price - we paid $159 a night.

We stayed at the other "new" condo-tel Lake Buena Vista resort and spa last week and it was not a nice as WOrld Quest - and LBVRS was so noisy we could hear everything through the walls and the fans in the bathrooms were completely obnoxious.

Where did you guys find all the good prices? Lowest I could see was 219. Ali, can you give a little more detail? Were the rooms comfortable? How about the pool? Is it easy to find? Is the on-site store satisfactory for snacks/food?

It might have been lucky timing for us, I just checked online for our same dates and the rates now start at 169 for a 2 bdrm. As I mentioned earlier, we have the 3bdrm, 3 bath for 159.

Well, even at 219 it seems like a good deal for everything you get and the location.

Be sure to check rates directly through the AAA website (not the AAA rate through the Worldquest website). We booked a 2 bed/2 bath for $119.00 per night.

The rooms were comfortable, but the king size bed in the Master bedroom was loud to me. I had a hard time sleeping because my son and husband move alot and the bed made noise. It was very attractive looking, very well furnished, with robes in the closet. The kitchen was nice and we cooked a full meal there. The food shop was "expensive" according to my mom, I didn't go into it. The balcony we had was fabulous - overlooking the pool and totally screened in! No bugs.

We didn't go in the pool because it was cold to us but it looked nice, if you can forgive the huge piles of dirt from the construction. The location is right behind the Nick Hotel on 536 - very easy to get to the parks if you have a car. I don't know if transportation is offered.

We had the evening snack which was nachos and cheese, and the morning breakfast of muffins. They give you a schedule of food times when you check in.

Not the most customer service oriented staff, however, they didn't give any directions on whether we were supposed to dig in and open the fridge to get drinks, they said that check in time isn't until 4 when we were there at 3:45 - and she was serious! We finally got into a room when she saw the baby we were holding who needed a diaper change!

Nice place. I would go there again and if I had time to spend in the room or the hotel I would know more, but were there 1 night at Christmastime and we were busy at the parks and opening presents.

I really fancy worldquest but they have suddenly got booked up for the dates I need next month. Although after reading the post about the 7 am start I am not so sad now.
Can anyone suggest anywhere else to try? There are 5 of us so we need at least 2 rooms or a villa. My teenager would like somewhere that has a shuttle bus so that he can go off to the parks when he wants to.

The disney vacation clubs are great for the transportation--but very expensive. We've stayed at Marriot Cypress Harbor, Hilton Grand, Vistana and Vistana Villages. All very nice, although we prefer Marriot and Hilton. But we always had a car, so I'm not sure about the shuttle.
