I am trying to get info on some of the Caribbean locations, but when I go to the DVC site and click on WPC and then on Caribbean, I can't seem to get into this site. Although my computer asks if I want to open it and I click yes, I am not getting in. Any suggestions? Thank you.

The information is in a pdf file. Do you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on your computer? If not, there's a link on the member site to install it. If you do have the software and are on a dial-up connection, it can sometimes take awhile to load. Sometimes it doesn't seem to work for me when I try to download the Vacation Magic and requires several tries.

If you have a dial up or have your helpers set to using a plugin, it can take forever. Let it sit for some time.

Sorry, Dean and PamOKW - Finally just got a chance to look at your replys. Thank you for the help. I will try your suggestions and hopefully will have some luck.
