World Passport Collection?

We are in the process of becoming DVC members
Although we would VERY rarely use the World Passport Collection, I do have a question about it. Some of the resorts listed in the Caribbean and Mexico are all inclusive resorts, does the points chart account for that? In other words, the all inclusive portion is also included in the points chart listing, or do you have to pay separate for that?
I am going to e-mail my DVC guide about it, but she won't be in until tomorrow so I thought I would see what you pros know about it

In the timeshare world AI options are generally a rip off. There are mandatory fees that are often very high and in many cases, require you to pay to the private occupancy of the unit no matter how many people are there. They are generally EASY to get as a timeshare exchange because those in the know avoid them both as purchases and exchanges.

Points are for the rooms only. IMO, the all inclusive option may not be the best option after adding up all the costs.
