World of Old Fashioned on the Wish

We have this booked on our cruise next week and I'm wondering about timing. Our reservation says 9 pm, which seems a lot earlier than the traditional evening tastings that are typically at 10 pm or 10:30 pm. It's going to be a rush at dinner to get there at 9 am (almost impossible). If you have done this tasting, was it at 9 pm when you did it? I'll have to get creative on timing of dinner as we are second seating.

Ours in February says 9:30pm. I’ll just let servers know we have somewhere to be, usually accommodating.
