Depends what you mean by "watch". You can see WOC from GCH hotel 6th floor viewing area. It is not a very good view but you can see it. You can also see it from the PPH. Same thing.

Watching WOC from the designed viewing area is a whole other thing though.

Thanks. I'd just like to catch a glimpse of it and I'm not sure we'll fit it into our regular park plans.

We watched if from our PPH room once. It really made me want to be down there watching it more. If I don't see it at all, I'm better off.
