How do get the app? I can not find the items in Disney Store online. Can you send a link for the app? Also can you purchase these through the App if you are not in the parks? I am currently at home but want to purchase these for our upcoming trip next year.

If you go to your phone's store for downloading apps (the App Store for an iPhone - link, not sure what it's called for an Android phone), search for Shop Disney Parks. The app has a much larger selection than the Disney Parks section of disneystore.com (and I think they do have the Avatar stuff you are looking for). You do not have to be present to purchase. They ship. If you spend $75, shipping is free. If less than $75, it's between & and $10 for shipping.
There's a banner when you open the app that should have the code. I think it's disneypal. Search for Avatar tail and you'll find it. Should be the only thing that comes up in search results.
Is there any way to call the store directly to purchase the shirt?
Dang!! Guess that is Disney's way of getting you into the Park lol!! Would love to have that to wear going into the park. I just hope they still have them in May 2018. Fingers crossed.
I am in the states. I bet in time they will have it world wide since Disney is expending in other countries.I'm not sure where you are but the app isn't available for us poor international visitors.
