Is there any anything happening in the world? Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Korea? When will the networks go back to regular programming?

Gov. Sanford must be happy that he has been knocked of off the front page!

Gov Sanfords mess not is going away. There is just a brief respite due to the MJ news. I think in SC, this is still very much the big news. His wife came out and said basically that she didn't care what happened to his career. Good for her. I'm tired of these "stand by your man" politician wives. They cheat on their wives and then the wife tries to help wiht damage control. Sanfords wife is not one of these woman. It's refreshing to hear the actual truth from a wronged spouse in a public case. I believe there are calls for his resignation. but like you, it's hard to find any news other than the death of MJ.

As for the news coverage of MJ, it just proves my thinking that the average citizen of the USA has been dumbed down to an incredibly low level by the media of this country.

Too bad political discussions are not allowed. Gov. Sanford, SC . . . the same people that did the attack ads in a Presidential primary might have "offed" MJ just to change up the news cycles.
