Always Planning Our Next Trip

Taking my fam me 38, DW 37, DD 11, and DS 5 on the 4 day land 3 day sea trip. We have been to DisneyWorld several times (we only live 8 hours from there), but have never been on Dis cruise.
A couple of questions:
-What sites, resources book etc would you suggest?
-We are booked into the CBR for the land portion, but have choice of any moderate. Any opinions?
-I want to parasail a Castaway Cay...any advice?
-Have always stuck to the parks at the World...anyone with similar age children have any thoughts of other activities while we are there?
-Any recent success or feedback on the "fax your room request" strategy?
-Last time we went the bus ride from AS Music was quite long, we are staying at CBR, is it long as well? I will have my car, should I drive?
-We are thinking about packing separate bags for the World/Wonder, then leaving World bags in car. Any thoughts?
-Our tentative agenda is to hit the parks on the "early Entry day" or whatever they are calling it now. Has anyone had experience with this recently? Do the early entry parks fill up more?
-I was thinking of getting eveyone a Disney t-shirt with the dates of our trip and their names on it. Has anyone ever done that? Can I order them online?
Let me thank you all in advance for your help. I am a frequent visitor to this site (although I rarely post). It keeps a little of the magic in my routine all year long.
