You really are not going to see a lot of results in just a week. You will start to feel healthier though by then which is just as good.
Its seems like you are already on the right track. Also make sure to take ALL soda/sweets out of your diet. You will see a MAJOR difference in just a couple of weeks. I did this a year ago and lost 2 lbs in two weeks and I just looked a lot slimmer and less bloated. Although now I have become a little more lenient, I still try and keep it to minimum.[I usually drink maybe one Dr. Pepper a week....and I love twizlers/oreos so yeah lol]
Also another thing about diet. Lots of fruits and veggies. Veggies more than fruits. Don't eat them all the time of course, but if you feel like snacking grab some carrots or what not.
It seems like you have the water thing down. so yeah :]
It also seems like you have the exercise down, as long as you are getting a good solid half hour a day of cardio[it can be broken up if you want, as if your like me and are busy you can't devote a full half hour at one time lol] You can also do ab exercises everyday if you would like, its the only muscle in your body you can though. I usually split mine up anyways as I hate being sore. If you do do toning, make sure you don't work the same muscle group two days in a row.
& always stretch before and after.
I am pretty much obsessed with working out, I don't know why, but I love the way it makes me feel.
