Working the way up in Disney?

Hello, this is my first post i've made here and I was wondering is it possible to woke my way up the Disney chain in the future, is there anyone on here who has done that or who is currently doing that?

May be leaning towards a higher position in the company… although Disney is a lot of things (TV, music, parks, etc).

I think it depends on how high up the chain you are looking to go. If you start as a park CM you could become a lead or manager but it is unlikely you will become the CEO or Chairman of Disney Experiences.

In some ways it would be nice if CEOs and managers did work their way up from the bottom in the company.
