Good Morning, Lean Lovelies!
I stuck with my eating plan yesterday, and I did 6M of incline walking this AM. I went a little slower and lowered the incline a bit, because my knees were killing me on Sunday!
I have pretty much the same menu as yesterday. I'm having lasagna for dinner, so I dumped the afternoon Babybel since I'll be getting plenty of dairy.
Today's reward is new bondibands! I think tomorrow I'm going to do the facial I didn't fit in Sunday. I'm running out of rewards, and I can't bankrupt the family by shopping every day
Beth -- Your goals sound good! And you sound like you're feeling better today. It is crazy how weight can fluctuate. I did everything I was supposed to do yesterday, and I was up .2 today. I'm trying to not let that bother me as I know it's nothing and will be gone tomorrow, but even that tiny gain is disheartening. And you are training for a marathon -- of course you need to eat more, and it is so hard to find the balance -- you are doing great, hang in there just a little longer!
Jackie -- Those days with actual exercise add up! I'm at 4 days in row as of this morning, it's not much but I'm committed to make it to the end of May at the very least.
I hope the exercises help and you start to enjoy your shorter runs again. It is so frustrating when you don't know what's wrong and you just want to move.
Vicky -- DH has been so cranky, I'm not bringing our vacation plans up until he's in a better mood. He has tons of stress at work, so I'm going to let it ride until this weekend. I laid everything out for him last weekend, and he asked to think about it. I don't really have a goal weight, my goal is to get to 150 and see how that looks and feels. I know that sounds very high to you, but from where I started it looks like climbing Mt. Everest to get there.
The lowest adult weight I can remember is 169, and that was when I was working out at the Y 6 days a week and I was 15 years younger...of course, I was eating junk all the time, so I'm sure I could have weighed less if I had tried to put it all together.
Ok, I'm off to actually do some work...
Everyone have a Happy Tuesday!
Maria
