Good Morning, Lovely Lean Ladies!
I got up this morning and did 5M, and I was rewarded with the lowest weight I have seen in years! I just have to try to make it to this weekend, and hang on to it! This is where I get nervous and start eating, but not this time...
I did get new clothes -- I'm really happy my new tops and bottoms are both a size smaller. I had to buy more pants for work and a few blouses. I'm looking forward to it warming up, then I'll get into my shorts and summer stuff and see what I need to replace. I'm hoping to be a little smaller by then, summer comes late to New England! I had dh take a giant bag to the Salvation Army last weekend. Now I can't get any bigger because I have nothing to wear!
Beth -- Sometimes you do need to rest, and sometimes the scale doesn't mean much -- just hang in there, you are doing everything right! Are you ready for some baseball?

NO EATING binges this weekend! If you feel the need to eat, just call me and I'll have a snack for you.

The good news is, I've probably lost weight today. 
My best advice --just consider it like a "vacation" week, and now you want to get back to what you like to do -- I mean really like to do because it fuels your body and makes you strong! 

Resisting dessert with each meal is a special kind of resolve! I am so impressed with all you ladies and how strong you are! 


I would love to someday have a Goofy medal under my belt, but seriously can't commit to the training this year and I don't think I could do it relying on adrenaline alone. You have my utmost respect.
