Working at the Wedding Pavillion

Does anyone know what type of experience you need to work planning weddings at Disney? Also what type of salary range you start off with would be great info! TIA.

it's REALLY hard to get into dftw. even if you've worked at disney for awhile.

i tried during and after my cp and i asked my wp about it during my wedding. she says they are the most sought after positions in disney and i believe it!

i know that there are internships in dftw, you might want to look into one of them!

to do the internship though, you have to have done the disney college program as well.
