Working at Disney World

I am Thinking about working at Disney World and I have a few questions. First, I was thinking about working as a Security Guard or Life Guard. I know that they needed to be trained in First Aid, I am a Florida Certified EMT-Basic, would that help me get those positions? Second, if you apply do they place you where they need you or can you choose where you want to work?
