This topic comes up a lot on the Budget Board, you can try doing a search with the term "work at home" and you should get some hits.
I work from home full time with great pay and benifits, but I worked for my company (going into the office every day) for 9 years before they offered me that option (actually, it wasn't an option, they needed the space my division occupied for something else and told us all to start working from home!). At any rate, I think most work at home situations that earn the kind of income you're looking for are for people with existing jobs that get permision to telecomute or that own their own business (like my brother, who owns his own IT company).
