Has anyone heard of this or worked for them? They sent me an email I had my resume posted on careerbuilder and it seems fishy I think I was just wondering if anyone else has done this... It seems to be really good money to just work on the side. The thing that concerns me with this is you have to sign a 12 month contract.

If you have to pay them (application fees, etc) or repay them (if you decide to quit) or pay someone else (for advertising, postage, etc.) or advance to them any money (for kits, inventory, etc.) then stop. It's a scam.

Also you probably don't want to work for any long period of time without paychecks arriving punctually.

All contracts have a home state. I would not sign an employment contract with a home state other than where I live.
