I'm officially letting you know that I'll be at the post office for a little while. Please do not put up a BOC until I am back.

If you put up a BOC while I'm home and I'm not fast enough to get one, that's my fault and I won't blame you. If you put one up while I am gone, and I specifically told you I was leaving, that IS your fault and I will hunt you down and demand a BOC. Just letting you know.

When the t-shirts were up, before I knew they'd be up awhile, I hit refresh on my woot.us page. A TV popped up for just a few quick seconds and then it went back to the t-shirts. Ever since then the woot.us page is different. It only refreshes every 15 seconds and doesn't say the % of the item that are left like it did before.

Anyboy else have this happen?

ETA: And the Buy icon is gone. It actually is loading slower than the Woot website. Maybe the BoC is coming up soon? Probably wishful thinking.

I've been a member for about two hours now and I can already see that this will be addictive.

Also, during the usual time, when they are just selling one thing a day, what time do they put the new things on? I'm in Eastern Time - would that be at 11pm every night?

You do have to keep refreshing (F5) but many of us regulars use a woot tracker (you can google woot tracker and get the woot wiki for info about it and a few different trackers to choose from - see which you like) that updates every ten seconds or so, has an alarm for new items, sell outs, auto buy for boc, etc. But right now my wootalyzer is down, something that happens a lot when traffic gets busy - like before a boc or when people start getting out of work / school.

Central time is an hour later than us here on the East Coast so they put up the new one at 1:00 am our time.
