ya gotta love David Eckstein!!! So glad to see him do so well! Just to think a couple of yrs ago the Red sox Regime ( as in Duquette) put him on waivers and the Angels grabbed him!!! Way to go Anaheim for such a great pick up!!!!!

Did anyone see Michael Eisner wearing his Mickey T-shirt under his jacket last night???

I have been an lifelong Angel fan since my dad took me to my first game as a child. I haven't lived in California for 13 years, but still I bleed Angel red. This team has brought so much joy to those of us who remember all the hard times. I wish I could have been around the post-game celebrations in the area. But I recorded the game, and have watched it over and over again. It is so amazing to know the Angels are the World Series champs. Way to go Halos! I already have my vacation time planned for opening day next year. Gotta see them raise the pennant and get their rings. And of course, spend a few days at DL.
