After a lot of study and looking for that "Just Right" contract to come through, we just found out we have passed ROFR. I wanted to thank all of the regular contributors to the DVC boards for their friendlieness, wit, and great information. You all provide a great service to the community, and I certainly have appreciated it. Without the information we found here, it would have been a more difficult decision whether to purchase or not.
So thanks for letting me lurk here. I think I've learned enough to sell DVC myself
