**Woohoo !! It's Christmas Day**

The Christmas Markets opened here in Manchester yesterday so I am going to have a look round them tonight after work :yay:

they sound lovely, I always try to fit in a xmas shopping trip to the Trafford Centre so maybe I need to combine the two :) think dh can look after the kids this weekend !!!!

I've just ordered my last Christmas present! :cool1: I am officially DONE!!

I only need a couple of birthday bits because I have three birthdays within the fortnight after Christmas. Only cards and things though.... Pressies are done! :goodvibes

I went to buy the wrapping paper for Robert's Xmas pressies today in WHSmiths (Which I did and spent a damn fortune in the process!)... They had a special offer on whereby you could get a large soft toy Penguin or a large Teddy Bear for half price (OP £9.99) with any in store purchase, so I got him that for in his Christmas stocking!

I also went for a snoop round Fenwicks.... They had some of that wine with 9ct gold in it.... I was quite tempted to buy some even though I don't drink! It would have been nice to look at!! :lmao: Fenwicks also have their animatronic Christmas window up and this year its 'Oliver Twist'.... I really like it this year and am glad it went back to classic stories!

Oh, and for all you Bailey's addicts out there (You know who you are!)... Sainsburys have an offer on selling it for £10.... Someone has probs already mentioned this, but I thought I'd mention it just incase!

I used to love that shop, it was huge. My cousin lives in Gosforth, Newcastle and I used to stay with her every Summer. I think Eldon Square was the first shopping centre I ever went to. Is Bainbridges still there ?

This brings back some lovely memories for me

I can remember there was definately a bottle for £19.95... There were more expensive ones though. I would have got one for my Mum, but I've already got her Moet and Chandon Champers....
