Just made reservation for AKL savanna view 2br at Jambo. I really want Kidani 2br dedicated savanna room. All days are available but my last day. How do I do that wait list the whole week?

IMO, You have two viable options for the waitlist.

1. Book the Jambo option. Waitlist the entire vacation with instructions to cancel Jambo when Kidani comes through. - MS can help you with that. This is the "safest" option, since you know you have a reservation and will not have to move if the waitlist doesn't come through.

2. Book the Kidani dedicated room for the nights that are available. Waitlist for the last night. Again, MS can help you do that. A 1 night waitlist is much more likely to come through than a 7 night waitlist.

How much of a gambler are you?

If it were me, I'd book the nights in Kidani and waitlist the last night. I might also book the last night in Jambo as a back up so in the worst case, I'd at least have somewhere to be. But I hate to move once I'm settled,, so I would be hoping for the waitlist to come through very soon to put me out of my misery, lol.

Not a gambler...lol...Jambo is really fine.I guess I will wait list the whole week and keep checking if something changes.
