I just had to share how awesome the customer service is at DLR! I got a call this morning that something messed up with my concierge reservations at DLH (E-ticket updating or something?) and they asked me if they would like to be switched to the Grand California hotel with conceirge/club at the same rate, I said yes! They called GCH and the hotel agreed to take us for the same AP8 rate as DLH!!! I literally yelled "Woohoo!!!" when I got off the phone with them! I really wanted to stay at the Grand but the price with concierge was way too high for us. After a bad last week with the loss of my MIL, this was just what we needed to start looking forward to our vacation again!
