Woo hoo! No longer MO!

This is someting my larger WISHers in arms can appreciate.....
I am no longer morbidly obese. When I started out I was in the SMO category - over 50 BMI. I started at 58+. Now I'm below 40 BMI, I think it came out to 39.3 today. That means I am severely obese, but I'm not morbidly obese. I have been morbidly obese since 1985 so this is a huge step for me.

Onward and downward!

What a beautiful milestone this is in your journey! Your road is long, and you've worked so very hard to make it this far. But what a wonderful payoff already!

I know you must be feeling like a different person... over 100 pounds already- it's hard to imagine the differences you're seeing and feeling!

I could not be more proud of you, or more happy about your success so far. You, my dear, will see the day when the word "obese" will not apply in any way, shape or form to you!!!
