I live in Upstate NY and I've been wondering since I started running in April what I was going to do come winter. We get just a *little* bit of snow here, and I live in the boonies where there are no streetlights, no sidewalks, and no place to hide if the snowplow is coming!
Anyway, my friend's boss was looking to get rid of her treadmill, which she bought with the best of intentions but never used other than to hang clothes on it. I went and checked it out today, gave it a bit of a trial jog, and $225 later, it's all mine.
It's a nice model. Not top of the line, but not a basic no-frills one either. I can adjust the incline, which was a requirement for me, and it folds up, which is also a nice feature.
Now - since my lunch has digested a little - I'm gonna get out there and try to jog on it without falling off the back!
