Woo Hoo......Another One Gone!!!

Hi gang...........just wanted to give an update. Today is my 11th day on atkins and I have a grand total of ................13lbs. lost.
I am so happy and I am feeling the benefits already. I am in this thing for the duration. and a congrats to everyone here on the road to losing weight!!!
