Yes you should, when we first bought into DVC via resale we were mailed planner without having to ask.

I'm in NJ and still haven't received mine. Then again, I think someone at our post office likes my Disney stuff...because I'm always missing my Mickey Monitor, Celebrations Magazine, Orlando Attractions Magazine, etc. I'll be shocked if my planner arrives.

Became a member in March and got a 2008-09 planner very quickly. Today I got my first Disney Files mag, but no "new" planner yet, in western NC. (Pretty much have plans already made into 2010 anyway, but would enjoy seeing the photos, charts, etc.).
